Matteo Jackson is a dedicated law clerk with a strong focus on family law, where he assists individuals navigating complex legal challenges during pivotal moments in their lives. With a compassionate and solutions-driven approach, Matteo is committed to providing meaningful support to clients as they work toward resolutions that prioritize their well-being and stability.
A graduate of the University of California, Irvine, Matteo earned his Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Policy. His background reflects a blend of analytical skills and community-focused values, honed through experiences like volunteering with Adventures to Dream Enrichment, a non-profit organization where he taught youth how to garden and provided crops to local homeless shelters. This work deepened his commitment to empowering others and making a positive impact.
As a dual citizen of the United States and Italy, Matteo values diverse perspectives and brings a global outlook to his role in family law. Outside of the legal field, he is passionate about the environment and the ocean. An Advanced Open Water Certified scuba diver, Matteo enjoys surfing, snowboarding, and spearfishing, activities that strengthen his connection to the natural world and fuel his drive for advocacy and problem-solving.
Matteo is preparing to apply to law school, with plans to enroll in fall 2025, and aspires to continue his academic journey at UCl’s law school. His experience clerking in family law has solidified his passion for helping individuals navigate legal challenges, and he is eager to further develop his skills to make a lasting impact in the field.
