Divorce and family law attorney Danielle Struwe graduated magna cum laude from Western State College of Law. There, she was also honored for her outstanding advocacy skills as a member of the Honors Moot Court team. Ms. Struwe was awarded best oralist at the National Child Welfare and Adoption Law competition held in Ohio, and a finalist in the Entertainment and Sports Law Competition in New Orleans. Ms. Struwe earned her BA in Psychology from California State University of San Marcos, and had an externship with the Riverside County Counsel, gaining valuable insight from their work with the Department of Child Protective Services.
In 2017, Attorney Struwe was honored to clerk for the Honorable Maria Hernandez, a judge of the Orange County Superior Court. During this time, Ms. Struwe assisted in the development of Orange County’s Young Adult Court, a groundbreaking new collaborative court that focuses on rehabilitating young adults and reducing recidivism. Active in the California State Bar Association and its Family Law Section, Attorney Struwe is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association.
Attorney Struwe’s trial skills, intelligence, and her unique background with the Juvenile Court system and the Department of Social Services, gives her meaningful insight and expertise in helping her clients facing contested custody matters.
